Annual KDOT Law Enforcement Appreciation Lunches
We would like to treat you to lunch as a thank you for all you do for the citizens of Kansas. We also have information to share about this year’s traffic safety programs. There are different training options, see below for information and dates for each option. Please enter the number of attendees you need at each site, and give us the names and contact information from your agency and don't forget to invite your local prosecutors to attend as well.

The Osage City Police Department in conjunction with Kansas Operation Lifesaver, will be hosting a Railroad Investigation and Safety Course (RISC) on Wednesday, November 4th, 2026. The class will be from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at 504 Market St. Osage City, KS. This is a free training class on the topic of how to work railroad incidents. This includes collisions with motor vehicles, pedestrians, other trains, derailments and working incidents near or on railroad property. Class size is limited to 25 people.
