Welcome to the website of the Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor (TSRP) for the State of Kansas. This site contains a variety of training resources and publications that can help you successfully enforce and prosecute cases involving impaired driving. New information will be added to this web site regularly, so be sure to check back often.
It is my hope you will sign up to receive the Weekly DUI Update email. This email is sent out each Friday and covers recent appellate court decisions, current issues in impaired driving enforcement and prosecution, as well as upcoming training opportunities. The TSRP exists to support the efforts of the prosecutors, law enforcement officers and other community stakeholders in the traffic safety arena in Kansas. We all have a common goal: to reduce the number of injuries and fatalities on our roads. By working as a team, we can make great strides toward this goal.
