*14 hours of CLE including 2 hours of ethics is anticipated
This program is a 2-day specific training for new prosecutors and/or those new to prosecuting DUI offenses introducing attendees to the basics of DUI Investigation, Drug Recognition Expert, Intoxilyzer 9000, Toxicology, Ethics and more.
This year will include a wet lab which allows attendees an opportunity to observe Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.
