In this presentation, we’ll examine the status of LATCH Today based on the most recent research and instructions.  We’ll also learn the latest about how to use LATCH, including making the right determination about whether LATCH should or shouldn’t be used in a variety of scenarios. Finally, we’ll look at the proposals that NHTSA has made to improve LATCH, and discuss ways that CPSTs can encourage the use of LATCH.
